|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The property is beautiful to walk around and the storage availability is great in my two bedroom unit. I like the little closed off feel this place gives even without being a gated community. Also very convenient spot with the restaurants and stores nearby.

|Recommended: YesNew Owners, New Owners New Owners — Huge changes being seen. WOW Since 08 01 23 they have done nothing but work here. Huge changes being seen. Finally big cleanup being done. Please keep up the work. It’s much needed. Thank you. Thank you. Now to clean up what’s been unkept on the inside will help if the rent goes up when new lease comes up. I will expect my apartment to be reviewed as well especially the main bath. It was done very unprofessionally. Anyone wanting to move here don’t let negative comments from past reviews sway you. There are some big changes with a good company being made. And they are from the US and they are located in KANSAS.

|Recommended: YesLoving It So Far — The only thing I have to remark on, is that the opening inspection was done without me so there were a few things that were missed and need to be fixed. Other than that though, I’ve really enjoyed it so far.
Stop by the office and we can get you all taken care of if we missed something!
